“Lovely little place perfect for our family vacation. Very central to everything with a beach and fish pond right across the street. The owner was easy to reach if we needed anything and communication was stellar! We were surprised at all that was there when we arrived, such as stocked items in the freezer and cupboards paid forward by previous guests and playing cards and books in the drawer when you have some downtime. Absolutely all you need and more for a very good price!”

“Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!”

“we had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Clean and very well equipped, when we arrived there were dishes from the previous tenants which had remained in the dishwasher which we had to put away! the sofa can be converted into a bed and is sufficient for a child but not very comfortable for an adult. The owner is very friendly and quickly resolved the problem of missing keys to access the swimming pool.”

“It's clean, decorated nicely, and a great location. However there were several things that were less than ideal. There was no written wi-fi code, and it took quite awhile for the host to get back to me and she didn't text me with it like I asked but told me where to find it on the VRBO page. Difficult when you can't get online. I managed it by using my phone as a hot spot. I also had to hunt for the pool key (it wasn't where she told me it would be). And, we had to wait 3 days to get a parking……

“The property was a great location. Quick access to downtown Kihei and not far from the airport. The property was well equipped with items needed for beach days. One recommendation would be to add an umbrella. Otherwise, very well stocked! My only negative feedback would be regarding cleanliness. The baseboards had quite a bit of dirt in the crevices and the ceiling fan was extremely dusty.
