“The taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. “We had an excellent stay at Sarova Whitesands Hotel! The service truly feels 5-star – every staff member was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, and I really enjoyed that they serve tea and snacks at 4pm, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable, stocked with towels, bottled water, tea, coffee, and all the basics. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. “Great property. Excellent food and friendly staff Property needs some love. Showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms very average. Comfortable but definitely needs to be spruced up.
