“The property itself appeared nice, well located, and equipped with several advertised amenities. However, due to its mountainous location, ambient temperatures were very cold and the unit was not adequately heated for winter conditions.When we arrived, the indoor temperature was approximately 2C. Despite turning on all available heating units, the temperature never rose above about 11C. The cold made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and one member of our party chose to remain in a running……
