“What a fantastic place to stay! Our host Alijca was amazing! She communicated very well before, and during our stay! She’s a super host in my book! Our unit had everything you could need for cooking, which is quite necessary due to limited dining options in Princeville. The grounds of the property are stunning. Amazing pool & hot tub in natural setting, 6 BBQ grills that I could count. 10 min walk to what appears to be a private beach only for guests of HBR and Hotel 1. The condo is set at the……

“Unit was clean and as described. Lovely views, quiet area and perfect for a relaxing trip. Unit is well appointed and relaxing on 4th floor balcony provided amazing sunrise & sunset views. No direct beach access as it is on the rocks. Baby beach is very easy 3-5 minute walk. The location is quiet and ideal, away from people, buildings and businesses of Poipu beach. There is a shopping center very close. Only recommendation would be more comfortable and relaxing balcony furniture. ”

“A perfect and convenient condo with pool and hot tub that was walkable to all we needed—farmer’s market, pharmacy, beach, restaurants, shopping, and bus stop! We miss it already and can’t wait to return and sip coffee on the balcony in the sunrise!”

“We enjoyed our stay. David was friendly and helpful with directions. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great and the refrigerator and microwave and toaster were appreciated. Would love to stay here again.”

“Condo was in a great location. We were able to plan to have our other 2 family groups in nearby condos. We cooked breakfast most mornings and most dinners. We used the outside community BBQs which were clean and easy to use. The condos are close to Poi Pu beach and village. This condo is across the street from the amazing pool and fitness center. Only cons for this condo was it being on the 3rd floor, which did not bother us. There is one bedroom and a pull out couch for the kids. AC is only in……

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the views to the amenities it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the pool and poolside bar is so convenient it is right there. With that being said it was so quiet! I don’t know what magic those sliding patio doors have but once they were closed you couldn’t hear anything. It was so nice to also have the screen door that we left open one night just to listen to the waves crashing against the shore. The Coconut Marketplace is so close……
