STEPS FROM STUNNING MOLOAA BAY

Formerly "Hale Houston" Moloaa Beach Hideaway is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home situated just steps away from beautiful Moloaa Bay on the northeast shore of Kauai.
Walk up a flight of stairs to enter this 1200 sq.ft. spacious, air conditioned well appointed home with an open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings and a sweeping wrap around lanai with access from every room in the house. The lanai is partially covered for protection with separate lounging and dinning areas. The spacious home is comfortably furnished with wood floors throughout. Views of mountains, coconut grove gardens, ad the meandering Moloa'a stream fill every window. You will enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the master bedroom and outside dining area.
As well as the visual beauty, the sounds of the surf will be a constant reminder of the magic of nature. Calming your mind and lulling you off to sleep.
Just a two minute walk down the driveway to the stunning crescent white sand beach where you are likely to see breaching whales during the winter months, or spinner dolphins that often come and spend the day.
Moloaa Bay has it all: Awe inspiring sunrises, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, body and board surfing, shelling, or just relaxing and listening to the surf. For those who love to hike there is a coastline trail that begins at the north end of the beach with more breathtaking views along the way.
Moloa'a Bay is a very special and unique area of Kauai. Because of limited street parking, this quiet neighborhood has retained the uncrowded laid back feeling of old Hawai'i.

This was a fun property to stay at! It had all of the amenities we needed and was very comfortable for my family and I. It was just a short walk down to the beach which almost felt private. Gorgeous home

We loved this property. The area is so lush and the nearby beach is idyllic. There is very little parking near the beach so crowds were never an issue as the beach was a 2 minute walk. At the home, the owner has many different beach supplies such as boogie boards, kayaks, chairs and much more. Plus the views from the elevated home were really great. Nothing negative comes to mind. If the availability matches your schedule, I recommend you book this one quick. Its a gem.

One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! The beach in not even a five minute walk and was the nicest beach by far we went to (we went to 4 different beache). A little off the beaten path as far as getting to restaurants, but that is what we wanted. Lots of options within 29 minutes. Largest crowd we saw at the beach was maybe 20 people! Extremely relaxing. Will definitely book again!

This house was sitting in a perfect location to take advantage of Moloaa Beach! If you have not heard or seen this beach, must for Kauai. The house has everything you need for coming, cleaning and going to the beach. Being you food and spirits and enjoy! We will return.

Great house in Moloa'a

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at, easily top-3. The location was phenomenal, truly steps from the beach. Covenient set-up for a family, well-stocked kitchen, tons of towels and beach equipment. The outdoor shower was a nice touch to clean up sand-covered children. Highly recommended.

Moloaa was excellent

On top of the neighborhood. Enjoyed the nearby Noni plantation and the albatross nestings especially make the place close to unique. Beautiful cove and beach sparsely populated when we were there. Steps away is accurate. End of the road.

The house is like a tree house. You have to be okay climbing 37 stairs going up .. we love this area ..been here before a few times. Comfortable and easy house and even with lots of rain its lovely..

Incredible location

The most ideal location on Moloaa bay, the home is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach in front the house has everything we needed with small children. Shade, gentle waves, tide pools with abundant sea life! It was a lovely place for my husband and three kids( age 8,4, and 3yrs). Deborah was an excellent host and quick to respond. The hardest part was leaving. We hope to be lucky enough to visit again :)

A tropical and private paradise

This was our second time at this wonderful home and hopefully not the last! The house itself is gorgeous and the setting is unmatched. We love the jungle feel surrounding the house and the very short walk to beautiful Moloa’a Bay. We greeted each day by taking our coffee on the beach to watch the sun rise. While the house does have A/C, the weather was so mild we chose to keep it open and fully enjoy the sounds and breezes of paradise flowing through. Highly recommend. The property manager was fantastic too, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This home is a beautiful retreat you will want to soak up!

Hawaiian escape

A perfect place to relax and unwind. This house was perfect for the four of us, well stocked kitchen and comfortable lounging and dining areas. The stovetop is an induction cooktop which took a bit of getting used to. My only minor minor complaint is the very weak bbq. (Don’t try to grill any steaks!) The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with tropical fruit trees. The nearby beach is just minutes from the front door. We didn’t try to swim there, but we went out every morning to see the gorgeous sunrise.

Amazing!
