The location was not super convenient with regards to walking distance to any local shops or restaurants, however, there were a few places that could accommodate a family of five. The apartment, while adequately clean, lacked extra blankets and did not have an option for extra towels, which would have been handy with kids. The hot water was difficult to maintain with five people. The combo wash/dryer was convenient, however inefficient in getting clothing or towel towels, clean in a reasonable time. The property staff who let us in was fantastic, meeting us after six and preheating the unit for us, which was nice because it was a very cold night.

Perfect place for our family! Super roomy! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, two bedrooms, tons of beds, 2 bathrooms! It was fabulous and so affordable!

Absolute disgrace our apartment had no running water..company are terrible to deal with and rude still waiting on our refunds as we had to leave the property..I’d strongly advise them to do a course on communication skills

Pleasant stay

Check in was easy and simple, All Communication and guest information was great from The team. The apartment was spacious and well kept. All linen clean. Hot water instructions were easy to follow however, trying to get the taps to work in the showers to make the hot come through was challenging, once we figured it out it was all good. Good Location quick drive into Main Street and shops. The security in the building wasn’t great the front door with the code was often left open by other guests. There were also very loud and obnoxious guests on the floor above us at 3-5 am which would make so much noise that it was frightening, nothing to do with the stay just something to be aware of if booking with families. Would stay again.

The apartment was great, fit every one of our needs. Felt like it was a little ways from the City Center but overall quick drive, easy access to attractions around. Very clean, spacious, and we would stay again for sure.

On the whole, this property is good; we really appreciated that the 2 bedroom unit had 2.5 bathrooms and was well-appointed. However, there was two issues relating to communication with property management and the condition of the unit. First, the property management insisted upon being contacted by direct phone call only, but this is difficult and leads to extra costs for foreign visitors. This lead to our check-in being unnecessarily delayed and complicated. Second, the hairdryer was broken but we were unable to contact management to resolve the issue. We would recommend the property expand their contact options to include a service more accessible to foreign visitors.

Ring of Kerry road trip

The apartment was perfect for our holiday, it was very roomy and comfortable. There was 2 bathroom's, a fully equipped kitchen dinning area as well. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back over there
