“Convenient location was a real plus. This place worked out very well for me. I didn't realize,however, that I would need to provide towels, and had to run out and buy some. Other linens were provided.”

“The home was in a good location and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the storage key”

“The location was in a quiet spot and within walking distance to several restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Hobo’s 281 Bar & Grill, a pizza place, and two ice cream shops. The Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex is only a short distance away for those who have baseball players and for those looking for some fun, try Shipwreck Golf (has both indoor and outdoor mini golf) which was fun for all ages. The VRBO was located in a very safe neighborhood which allowed me to go for my morning runs without any……

“Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. ”
