The Killington Grand Hotel is truly Grand in every sense of the word. Our room was just beautiful, the bed the most comfortable ever and all of the staff so incredibly caring. If you want to treat yourself to an amazing experience...book a stay at the Killington Grand!!!
Knowing nothing about this hotel prior to our stay, this was a fantastic experience. Not only are the views and surroundings breathtaking, but there are tons of activities for people who love to be outdoors. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the amenities were convenient. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was terrific.
This resort has it all if you are into biking. It’s a different world from the ski season! The rooms are clean and spacious enough to store your bikes at night. It’s an easy ride to the lifts. The staff is exceptional and friendly. Great place to stay to get away.
Highlights of this hotel are the ski on, ski off option, the pool,,hot tubs, and indoor facility with game room, gym, sauna and steam room. These amenities make the hotel worth the stay for what they offer. Our room was nothing special, but had a nice view of the mountain. We never got it cleaned and I’m not sure why. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have the beds made and get clean towels at some point. The fireplaces are beautiful but it was disappointing to learn the staff had to keep logs on and they won’t keep the fire going after10 pm. We only ate breakfast at Preston’s, and it was decent, but pricey. Overall, it was a great stay.

Liked: Room comfort
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great access to Killington, but lacking otherwise
Pros: great location with quick and easy walking access to the Snowshed quad lift
Cons: dirty, undermaintained locker room with towels and puddles on the floor; sauna and steam room that were not as hot at they should be; fitness room staff unsure about basic operating hours question
The staff were great! We had no heat in our room for the entire first night but until the next morning. We also were informed that the pool and hot tub would be closed the entire second day. We were under the impression that the economy suite would have a normal bed, but it was a pull out from the wall.
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool is amazing with a great view of the mountain. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was nice, would be better if it stayed open a bit later than 9pm. Room was clean, very nice bathrooms and shower, beds and pillows were excellent.

1 bed room suite, fits 4 people perfectly.
It was clean, walking distance to event and had a nice place to eat and a bar to grab a drink. I will be staying here again next year.
Also Jasmine was an excellent help in planning this trip.
This hotel is like a paradise set in the Green Mountains - it has the most amazing backdrop for a relaxing holiday. The facilities - swimming pool and gym - are amazing and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The views from the pool and the balconies are tremendous and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the room had everything we needed with very comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi. Will most definitely be back ( would live there if I could).

/You get what you pay for.
The resort although pricey is worth it if you want to relax after a day of skiing. If you are out all night and will not have time to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs this is not for you. If you are like my wife and I and like to ski all day and unwind at night with a swim or a soak in the hot tub with a beverage and get ready for the next day on the slopes then this is for you. the rooms are nice. The hotel rest. is expensive. For us we like that you can walk out the back door and get on the lift in the morning and not move the car until dinner time. Best place I stayed in Killington.
The cafe and restaurant were not always open when needed. They should have a kiosk behind the front desk so guests can get snacks and drinks 24-7. There was a drink machine but it was almost empty.
The activity room was extremely hot.
