Situated in Building 2 on the top floor, LilBear ensures a serene and quiet stay with no noise from above. Enjoy stunning views of the slopes right from your window, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the mountains.

Fitness Center: Open 24/7 (RFID card access required)
Spa: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Outdoor Pool: Open from Memorial Day through the weekend of the Spartan race.

Buildings 1–2 will soon be undergoing window repairs. Building 3 is not affected at this time. Work typically takes place from 7am–5pm through November, and there may be some construction noise and limited parking. The pool and gym are not impacted. Please note that construction schedules vary by unit—see below for the specific dates related to this unit: July 13th-September 11th.
No smoking in unit, smoking is allowed 25 feet away from building, in the parking lot.
In renting this home, you agree to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury or other harm resulting from the use of the bunkbed.
