Cheryl was very accommodating when we asked for early arrival, and was very prompt with her responses whenever I had to contact her. The home was clean and welcoming and the perfect size for our family gathering. The waterfront made for excellent family photos.

When you look at the photos it looks like there are downstairs bedrooms there are none on the main floor also ended up breaking my leg before I went and it was not handicap accessible!! I had to sleep in a recliner the whole time I was there because I could not get upstairs!!

Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out.

House by the water wow

We were attending a family reunion. Great to wake up and look out to see the water. So relaxing and serene. Just enough space to relax and unwind. I would however suggest to the owner to put some railings on the patio. We had a few seniors who need that extra support when stepping up. The grands loved fishing from the pier.

River Vacation

The check in process was simple and easy. The house was spacious enough for my large family. There was a dock for the boat and the swimming area was great. The kids had a blast swimming and playing on the water mat. Early mornings and evenings were peaceful as you watched some wildlife. A great time was had by everyone.

Perfect Family Spot

This spot was perfect for our gathering of family members from Colorado and Maryland for a few sweet days together. The sunrises and sunsets and water birds hit all the buttons for grandma. The proximity to water with toys and similarly aged kids next door couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was very well equipped, and stocked with perfect items to complete our preparation, or lack thereof. We had solitude from the rest of the world to reconnect and enjoy each other fully in a beautiful spot.

Overall, we found the home to be very accommodating with outstanding water views! Plenty of bedrooms!The following suggestions are given in the spirit of making the rental more guest friendly.Make available a book or sheet with house rules, passwords, and helpful hints for local restaurants and shoppingBathroom hooks to hang clothes and towelsTubs are slippery! Non slip mates should be addedAdd bath soap bars to go with liquid soap and shampoos Bedrooms should have full length mirrors as the only ones currently available are bathroom face mirrors Iron out issues with the downstairs tvHave charcoal available with the grill Check and remove any wasp’s nests around the back deck
