“From checki in to check out and in between was wonderful. The lovely woman at check in upgraded us to a larger room. (Silly Americans with large luggage) staff even helped tote our luggage’up and down the three flights of stairs. Hot delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning. Ashley and all of the staff were lovely and hospitable. Room was clean, bed comfortable, heater worked well. Room cleaning offered each day. Dinner was lovely and the Guiness and our first baby Guiness memorable.……

“Staff excellent well trained and attentive. Breakfast was good and food in dining room lovely and well presented in a beautiful room. Bedroom was large but poorly lit. The windows had curtains but no nets so you had to close the curtains so no one could see in.Nowhere to put makeup on as poor light and bathroom although lovely had nowhere to put makeup down. Nowhere to put soap bag. the room.”

The room was spacious, spotless and quiet The next morning the grab and go breakfast was ideal and complimentary . The helpful night porter even went and made me a Latte . Whoever is running this hotel is a top manager”

“Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation. ”
