「Our room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but wasn’t ready until 6pm. The front desk was nice enough to comp our meal at the restaurant but the service was horrible we waited an hour for our food to be cold and my steam was as under cooked. When we asked for our steak to be cooked correctly they took it back with the side of fries on the plate but returned it with no side of fries. When we were able to check in so we could let our daughters swim in the pool we couldn’t because a fight broke out...
