「Parking for our room was convenient and quick and the country style rooms were spotlessly clean and welcoming! The owners were very friendly and always really to help! My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay in our very comfortable and quiet room and would throughly recommended this stay!」

「What a fantastic hotel. It has got a restaurant and a sports bar. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard. Choice of pillows and a dressing gown add to the experience. A nespresso machine , fridge and kettle are all provided. Plus cutlery and crocks for your use. We loved our stay in Tewantin and would highly recommend the Royal Mail Hotel. Oh and check out the old photos ! 」

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. A true 5* experience from start to end. 」

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」
