“Modern chalet-style property near Aviemore. Owner provided an incorrect code for the lockbox. No answer when we called. Never got back to us. By pure luck we tried a few different combinations & we got in. No help at all from owner. Fold-up bed was broken so slept on mattress on flor.”

"I stayed for two consecutive nights and was grateful that the room was serviced again. However, I would have appreciated it more if my pajamas hadn’t been placed on the floor in a corner by housekeeping. 😓"
