Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due……

“The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this. More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this. ”
