「Eleven family members came from South Carolina to enjoy my nephew’s wedding. Home was perfect with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and 2 laundry centers! I have never seen such a well-stocked home! Owner was very generous!! Lots of games for children as well as grown up activities. Highly recommend Evergreen Retrear in Vancouver!」

She gave us great recommendations for our stay, including beautiful nearby sights. I appreciated the easy access to expressways and the cozy, homey feel of the place. It includes dedicated parking, a small but functional kitchen, a full bathroom, a comfortable bed, a couch, and a TV. I highly recommend staying at Rosie’s place.」

「Our family and two dogs stayed at the cottage. The hosts were responsive, and Cara gave us a great tour of the ranch and all the animals. The location very convenient to Portland, grocery store, and shopping. I loved that there was a fenced backyard our dogs could have a little bit of outside time. The kitchen did not have as many condiments as I am used to having stayed at other VRBOs. It was not a big deal for me, but guests should be aware. Otherwise, everything else was available. 」

「Overall, the property and process were great. The property is a basement that's got everything you need, plus, it's cute and cozy. The yard is amazing and you get to say hi to the cats as you go in and out. The bed is super comfy too. The property is in a fabulous location with easy access to coffee, food, and more and it's just blocks from the Alberta Arts District. The fourth bedroom which is the fold out couch in the game room was very uncomfortable though. Also, the temperature really varied by floor. There were normal older-house noises (creaking wood, can faintly hear conversations upstairs), which are noted in the listing and remedied by the noise-reducing items for use (white noise machines, ear plugs, box fan)! I appreciated that coffee was available to make and the robe in the bathroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! 」
