「We loved everything about our stay at Plum Point. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks and food from their in-house restaurant were high-quality and delicious. We stayed in early May when the weather is not the best, and we still fully enjoyed the experience and are looking to book another stay as soon as we can. We highly recommend Plum Point!」

「Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with.
I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. The only productive thing accomplished was that our fridge was switched out for a clean one. The employee “mopped,” resulting in the same floor dirt being pushed around. We...
