“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. “This location and property were amazing! There was an issue with the AC the first night and the hosts responded immediately. It ended up being the battery and they came out that night to change it as soon as we asked. They were incredibly attentive and kind. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and spacious. The other two rooms had slightly smaller than double beds. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be a bit of a squeeze for two people. The kitchen had some supplies, not a lot. The couches……

“This was a very comfortable place to spend the night. We basically just needed bed space for a few nights. If we were eating here, it would be difficult as there are only 2 barstools in a cramped space. I think there would be room for a small table, which would be more family friendly. “It was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning and walk downstairs to get a great cup of coffee to start my day (although a coffee-maker is provided in the apartment as well, so the walk down isn't necessary). Apartment was very pleasant and the parking spot convenient. The only downside is the fact that it is right across the street from the train depot...bring a pair of good earplugs and you'll be good to go.”

“We got the place for a two night stay for a wedding weekend. We had to forfeit one night because of terrible people living/staying upstairs. It sounded like the police were coming to break down the door for some sort of warrant service. From 6pm until well past 3AM it continued.
