“This cozy river cabin exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family. We created great memories on the dock catching fish, sat on the deck and watched all the beautiful birds and loved eating s’mores around the fire pit. The cabin was super clean with all linens and blankets smelling very fresh. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kitchen gadgets. The bbq on front porch cooked us many great meals. I had great communication with the owner Tony. We definitely will be returning……

“Overall happy with this house. We had an issue with getting into the house because the email sent the day before didn’t have the updated code info, but Nicole was pretty quick to get back to us with the correct code. The house was very clean and beds comfortable. Lacking some things in the kitchen, but we didn’t cook that much, so not a huge deal. Also, no dressers in the rooms, so you have to leave everything in your suitcase unless you put them on the upper shelves of the closet- might have……

“This was our first experience staying at an owner-occupied property, but other than the friendly greeter dog, we wouldn't have known the owners were home. The room was super clean and located in a quiet country setting. The location is perfect for exploring the sights in the Hagerman area. It looks exactly as presented in the listing and was just the right amount of space for two. I would stay here again!”

Myself (groom) and friends (two other couples, one with two kids) arrived and the location was really beautiful, but the home was NOT as advertised. The listing states 3 bedrooms and there are actually only 2 rooms plus a tv room with couches. The two bedrooms randomly have beds in the closet with no air flow (one closet with creepy psychedelic mural), which is an awkward stay when you have couples (and it does not explain……
