「First night out room flooded, water coming down from the ceiling and I mean A LOT of water. The staff was excellent it wasn’t their fault after all great communication and definitely followed up with any needs that we had.」

「Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We stayed in a “standard one bedroom” cottage-like reservation, while other part of family stayed in a two bedroom. There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. 「Loved staying here! Very clean room (and I’m pretty particular). Lots of fun things to do on the property (mini golf, heated pool, theater, arcade set to free play mode). Staff was very friendly! My only complaint would be the parking spots are too tight. Everything else was wonderful!」
