「The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly. 「The inside of the room was clean. Some areas of inside room were updated. But the beds were a horrible makeshift combo I've never seen before. And moving on them at all made a weird sound like worping sheet metal. The outside is dilapidated. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. It was graduation season and all we could find.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free.
