Sugarloaf Mountain : 2 Bed, 2 Bath : Snowbrook Village Ground Floor End Unit.

Ground floor end unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the popular Snowbrook Village on Sugarloaf Mountain Ski and Golf Resort. Master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds: twin on top, full on bottom and additional twin. Living room with queen sized pullout sleeper sofa. Accommodates : 6-8 people. Condo is fully stocked with bedding, linens, towels, plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, coffee filters, basic spices, cooking pots and pans, dishwasher, washer / dryer, gas fireplace. Please note, the Snowbrook Pool and Hot tub and game room are only open during the winter ski season. There are tennis courts for use during Summer.

This convenient, on mountain location, is just a short walk across the parking lot to the Snubber chair lift or catch the Sugarloaf explorer free shuttle right outside the door. It will take you to the Sugarloaf base lodge, village and lifts, the Sugarloaf outdoor center, the antigravity center. (Bus Runs only during the winter ski season)

Conveniently located in the heart of Carrabassett Valley on Sugarloaf mountain. The Sugarloaf Resort offers over 2800 feet of vertical and the most ski-able acres in the East with Sugarloaf’s backcountry style glades like Brackett Basin and Androscoggin Glade on Burnt mountain. This area was previously only accessible by hiking or skinning can now be accessed by a 12 passenger snowcat. Just outside the door of this condo is the extensive network of Nordic Trails which connect to the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center which offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on 90 km of groomed trails and ice skating on an NHL sized rink. The Maine Huts and Trail System is just a short drive to the Narrow Gauge Pathway which links to over 50 miles of trails with huts, such as nearby Stratton Brook and Popular Falls. Visit in the summer and fall; and play golf at the Sugarloaf Golf Club, ranked as one of the top 100 public courses in the country by Golf Digest. Also, in the same weekend you can experience class IV and V white water rapids rafting on the Kennebec River and Dead River. Book one of the release dates on the Dead River to experience the most continuous whitewater in the Northeast.

Fantastic stay at this condo for a week whilst attending MTB tournament. Host was great to deal with, property was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location and easy access to all activities. Would definitely book here again

Ideal condo for 2 couples and toddler

This was set up just right for our group. We were close to the cross country ski trails. The condo is comfortable and has all the necessary supplies for cooking and relaxing. Right at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. We ate at the Rack bar one night and cooked in the other days. Would highly recommend this as the owners/management were super easy to work with.

March ski get away

We had a wonderful time exploring Carrabasett Valley skiing even with some challenging weather! The condo was just perfect- comfortable and cozy- plenty of room for 4 adults! Nicely arranged for card games, movie watching and fires in the fireplace. Convenient access to Sugarloaf and Maine huts and trails system. Katie was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely ski home!

Our family just returned from a couple nights at Sugarloaf. This condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and was very cozy with the wood fireplace. Katie was an excellent host and we would love to stay again sometime!

Great Condo

We had a group of four stay at this property for three days. The property manager was very easy to deal with and the condo was quite nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., and there was even wood for the fireplace. We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again!

Sugarloaf Family Ski Time...

We had a chance to stay at Katie's property on the Sugarloaf Mountain Resort...it was a family ski trip with 3 adult children and a couple of their friends. The Snowbrook condo was absolutely perfect for our needs...it was clean & cozy, was on the Sugarloaf shuttle line, had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and an excellent washer/dryer. Access to the Snowbrook Pool/Hot-tubs was a nice touch as it was close and not that crowded! Katie was an exceptional host & always responded to inquires on a timely basis...will definitely book back if the opportunity arises!

Lovely Skiing Retreat

This was a great week on Sugarloaf. This condo is perfectly appointed with in the kitchen and with fresh, plush towels. We enjoyed playing many of the board games that were on hand and slept really well in the very comfortable beds. Everything was immaculate and it had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners for our family of five. High speed internet, televisions in each room and cable made it feel plush!

We had everything we needed for a great stay. The shuttle picks up right across the street and drops you at the base or take the Snubber lift up. The pool and 3 hot tubs are only for Snowbrook condo guests. If you're looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath place - this condo setup is perfect.

Great spot!

Nice ground floor condo, just below sugarloaf mountain. Shuttle to the mountain picks up and drops off just outside of the condo or the snubber chair lift is only a short walk away. Was just the right size for our group of four adults and an infant.

We loved this condo at Sugarloaf!

This home was perfect for our ski weekend at Sugarloaf December 2017. We were a family of 4 - my husband and I and our two kids. They loved having their own room with bunk beds and the lower bed being a double, I was able to sleep there with my son one night when he was afraid of being alone in a new house! The condo is well located, shuttle bus is right outside and we took it one day when the snow was too much for our van to make it all the way up to the ski lodge. Access to the house was pretty easy with our mini van even with the amount it snowed (with snow tires). I know some of the other homes on the mountain you would need a 4-wheel drive to get to! The home was very well stocked with all the basics. Appliances all worked great including the washer/dryer. There was nothing we needed that was not there! The owners were also very accessible when i had questions. It snowed a lot when we were there and the plow service was pretty prompt. Thank you - We will definitely be renting this home again at Sugarloaf!
