This open concept Sugarloaf Ski House is located a mile from the Access Rd. The house features an outdoor hot tub, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus space with additional beds. Its convenient location combined with a private setting gives you the opportunity to relax and unwind with your family and friends, including your pets! All the essentials including Wifi throughout the house, Smart TVs and plenty of parking.
The space
The privacy of the home is evident when you pull in, set back from the road with plenty of parking. Upon entering from the deck you'll find a built in ski rack next to the new outdoor hot tub.
Enter the home through the mudroom with plenty of space for coats and boots. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials as well as: coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, and citrus juicer, etc. From the kitchen, the dining and living room flow freely with cathedral ceilings throughout. The living room has a new comfy couch and Samsung Smart TV for entertainment. The primary bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor.
The bedroom on the first floor contains a new queen sized bed and dresser. The Master bedroom, located upstairs, also has a new queen bed and a full private bathroom. The Bunk Room in the basement is a fun bonus space for everyone to enjoy! There's an additional Flat Screen TV with Amazon Firestick, futon and twin bunk beds. Please note that the bunk room is heated, but the hallway to it is unfinished. Washer and dryer, as well as a built in tuning bench are available in the basement for guest use.

The home is very easy to access with ample parking.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind the basement is only partially finished. The bunk room is heated, well lit and spacious.
We are pet friendly and have a one time fee of $50.
