This home was conveniently located for our trip to North Lake Tahoe. We were in town for a softball tournament and wanted something close to the Tahoe Vista area, and this property was perfect. When we arrived, we were delighted with the space. While the backyard seemed to be in a bit of a transition, the house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed—except for a microwave. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

The condition of the house was great! Renovated and very clean. There was no microwave which made it tough with kids. And the back door didn’t have a patio which was unfortunate the doors were locked shut, which is understandable as it’s a steep drop out. Other than that it was a great stay, great location and parking was a breeze!

The house was clean and updated but there was an infestation of carpenter ants. Also, several smoke detectors were chirping throughout the house because the batteries had not been replaced so we had to take them out completely. I contacted the community manager and never heard back. Also, there is not much outdoor (yard) space. Fits 8 people well, in my opinion. Check-in was easy and for the most part the listing was accurate.
