Relaxing time at Kings Beach

We enjoyed the home - had everything we needed. Very responsive for one request we made. It would have been great to have a bar- b-que available.

The cabin was clean and had great finishes. It was very close to Kings beach. The adress didn’t route out to our exact cabin and the office was closed during check-in so it took us time looking until we found our rental. The smoke detector was beeping because of low battery and we called maintenance to come fix it and they never came. We eventually had to take it apart ourselves to sleep without noise.

Great

We had a great stay at this rental. It was a bit smaller than expected but we appreciated the open living areas. We loved that the kitchen was very well stocked, with all utensils and things we needed. Rental was clean and well kept. We spent the evenings at the rental and our days out and about which worked out well for us. They were also thoughtful of having board games out for guest use.

Excellent except for traffic noise. The place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it is right next to the highway. Also would have liked the kitchen to have been equipped with a few essentials.

Winter Vacation

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to skiing. Easy check in. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed too. It was a little hard getting all our stuff through the snow to the unit since it was on the end. Other than that it was a great home. Thank you!

Nice but Noisy

The house itself is wonderful. Very charming and cozy. Booking, check-in/out was easy and painless. 3 stars because the property is directly on a busy highway. It was incredibly noisy, even with the windows closed. Non-stop highway noise for cars and trucks really detracted from the experience. We could hardly sleep. If you just need a place to crash it's fine, but if you are looking to enjoy the peace and serenity of Lake Tahoe this is not the place. There are plenty of other options comparable in price that don't include noise pollution.

This was the perfect house after being located from a horrible house we rented (5082 Flick St. in Cornelian Bay). It accommodated all our needs. Beds totally comfortable and great kitchen with a relaxing balcony!

Beautiful Stay

This place is beautiful and clean, Our kids loved the bunk beds. The place is very cozy, and nicely decorated. It has beautiful views as well. I loved the big windows which bring so much natural light, and the blackout curtains help block the light, if you wish to sleep in. We loved this place. Definitely coming back.

Pine Nut

This place is very nice. Lots of room for everybody. Fully furnished kitchen. Patios and set up is awesome. Pool was closed , but its big. Tennis court, basketball hoop, cool rope swing. Too far to walk to town. Right next to highway, so loud in the morning and evening. Still really nice. I would stay there again.
