「The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.」

「Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!」
