hot, noisy, convenient

Loft that was in listing was not usable. Hard to cool down because blinds were not lowered. So close to hwy 267 that we couldn't leave the windows open at night because of truck noise. Property manager didn't care that property had been misrepresented and told me that the listing should've been updated but that didn't help me find a place for someone to sleep. No"welcome packet " to be found. No check out instruction provided til the end of trip ( I don't check email on Saturdays regularly). Info should have been provided up front. No info on how to access pool. No beach chairs provided. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and kitchen well furnished. easy to get to beach because I'm familiar with the area.
