“Here's a summary of our 3-night stay for a party of five: Location & Safety (10/10): The setting is beautiful and feels very safe. We loved the surrounding mountains and citrus trees. Parking (10/10): 5 spaces for cars. Very convenient. Cleanliness & Pests (2/10): This was a major issue. While the home was tidy upon arrival, there was a rodent inside. We found droppings on counters and beds, and the rodent was bold enough to climb on a family member.In addition, the host was also made aware:……

"Waked by the sound of Fire Alarm at about 4:20 in the early morning. It was happened in the ground floor while my room was at the 3rd floor. Though fire fighters were about to leave, I could not find any reason to go back to my bed. Like many other guests, I left too, it was only 5 am."
