“Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and a nice screened in porch overlooking a wooded yard. Easy to check in and out. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with the questions I had”

Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool. Some of the rooms were cooler than others. There was a space heater and plenty of……

“This was an absolutely adorable property. We went to visit our son in Charlotte for the weekend and stayed in Belmont because we planning on doing some outdoor activities but loved the town and the house. We only wish we had been able to spend more time there.”

“House had everything you need and is in a quiet older neighborhood. The fenced in yard is very helpful if you have a dog. Beds were comfortable, appliances worked well, and TV/Internet good. Only recommendation is to put shades or blinds on from and back door. We had to tape a trash bag on front door. All requests were promptly addressed.”
