Great Family Vacation Rental
Our family had a great stay at this rental. The house layout and location was perfect for playing in the water, finding things to do in the area, making and sharing family meals and having space for 3 couples to take a break and nap. Loved it! Host was great!

Anniversary Trip
This house was perfect for a long weekend celebration of our 41st wedding anniversary. The pool being cooled by a heat pump was perfect for the 100+ temperatures. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed watching all the water activities on the river. Would definitely stay here again. Next time we will rent jet skis!

Loved the house, location, pool, lake access, everything. House had everything needed then some. AC worked great even in ridiculous Texas heat. Pool was not too warm so made it refreshing. Loved everything about our stay.

Fun for all ages
Our family, ages 3-69, found this lake house the perfect getaway for a week. Video room, pool and lake kept us entertained. Two fridges and ice maker made this an easy kitchen for all. Kayaks and ping pong table were enjoyed by all. We would love to return. Would not rent this house with a toddler, as no railings on outside deck. Our 3 yr old had no problems.

Stay was good have been there before so knew the place and fits us well. We have a boat with a tower and doesn’t fit in the boat slip. Wish the dock and slip were bigger as boat takes a beating sitting in the water all night.

Beautiful property. We happen to be there during a heat wave. The pool was wonderful. We used the boat dock and the lift. The lift was a must during the day due to wake boats. Ice maker, parking, large spaces, large bed rooms, and lots of parking. Made wonderful memories for our family!!!!!

Amazing time!
We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this house! It is super-cute, very clean, and had great views. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The large table was perfect for our group of ten for playing games and eating. Pool was great, and kids had a blast fishing off the dock. The back bedroom (separate end of the house from the others) was perfect for the retired grandparents to escape to when needed! The owners were quick to respond to/resolve all inquiries. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property. We took both of our boy’s families with our 3 granddaughters and my 89 yr old mother. Large bedrooms, lots of room, 3 refrigerators! Would love to stay there again next summer.

Summer vacation
Every year my family gets together and stays somewhere different. We had a blast! The house set up was great and in a great location. Just to note, the pool is not temperature controlled. During a triple digit Texas day it is not the most refreshing swim but it was nice to have an option to swim. We had a great experience overall!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We recognize the same issue with the pool and have ordered a heat pump that will heat and cool our pool. This should help going forward and extend our swim season.

LBJ 2022
This is a wonderful property. There were bedrooms for all the adults and the kids had their own. We liked the fact that it is single story and no steps to the water. The location on the lake is great and it is close to town. The pool was nice, plenty of toys and the lily pad and kayaks were a big favorite. We docked the boat on the side of the boathouse and that worked perfectly for us. We are planning our next trip.

This property is 5 star rating for kids and adults. Large ranch style home on a lovely lot overlooking Lovely LBJ!!! From the time you enter the front door and see the lake and children get so excited with bunk beds, game room and of course the perfect pool in a perfect setting. Guest host thought of everything for every age. Pool toys galore, gourmet kitchen for adults with labeling for easy finds. All this and more adds up for a perfect holiday on LBJ.

Fantastic stay in every way!
Great location, large comfy home, beautiful views of lake, large pool, nicely groomed yard and 100% family approval! Great Lake LBJ house
This house met all our needs. Great location and handled 12 of us really well. We enjoyed all the amenities : kayaks, Lilly pad, fishing poles, foos ball, grill, swimming pool, ice machine, 2 refrigerators, 3 large outside trash cans. Everything was very clean and just as pictured on vrbo. The kids loved jumping off the top of the boat house. Also fun to people watch all the boats that go by. This house had plenty of supplies as well: toilet paper, paper towels, spices, cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, Kleenex, etc. Highly recommend.

Lakehouse Escape
This was the prefect house for our family grandparents got to stay in area that gave them privacy and quieter environment while grandchildren and parents stayed on the other side great play areas for the children and prefect table over looking the water for meals. The pool wasn't heated a little cold for the time of year but the children enjoyed the yard and made for some great easter egg hunting space for the young ones. The boat doc was great for rentals and they were conveniently located nearby. Wonderful great away overall.

Great lake house + dogs!
Great location. Plenty of room. We had a great time! Went over spring break with another family, 6 people total (incl. two teenagers who liked having their own space). The hosts made it easy to instantly settle in. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was cozy. Loved having the option of gas and charcoal grills. We could have used more dish towels in the kitchen, but everything we needed to cook was there. Loved all the games available and multiple fridges were great! Our dogs had fun running around the large yard. We rented a boat one day and even though the water was cold the kids had a blast. We recommend and would rent again.

Great location for the lake
Was at the property with a party of six. Getting to the property was easy. HEB was a mile away. Great for picking up last minute supplies. Easy check in. If you should have any issues the owner will respond within minutes. The property is clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool was a great way to end the day after a day on the lake. The dock is in great shape. Easy to dock a boat or seadoos. Everyone in the party said they would stay at this property again. Thanks to the owners for taking care of property. Made our stay special. Highly recommend

Great LBJ Lake House
We loved this property! Great house and terrific location. Owners were VERY responsive to a quick need. Very clean and comfortable space for two families. We enjoyed the lake and yard games. Our adult kids skied the smooth lake each morning at dawn.

Amazing lake property!!
This lake house was perfect for our family. We had three adults, and kids 8, 5, and 1. The location on the lake is perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. The view is amazing. The house has everything you could possible need. The bedrooms are huge. The hammocks on the deck are awesome for watching the kids jump in the lake. We loved every minute and would highly recommend! Hopefully we can come back next year!

Great Lake House!!
We have stayed in several houses on the lake over the last few years and all have been really great, but this one was our favorite by far. The location on the lake was fabulous allowing us to enjoy watching the activity on the lake from the top of the deck. The house is well appointed, clean, and has many amenities, and room for everyone to spread out. I give it five stars although it deserves ten!! Anna was so kind and easy to contact. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we hope to be back again.

Excellent property, perfect location
We had a large group of family and friends stay here for our 5th annual trip to Lake LBJ. The house had plenty of room for 3 families with kids ranging from 3 to 12. The house was very well stocked with most everything one would need. The only issue was we had some wet carpet in one of the bedrooms from a bathroom fixture that a previous renter had broken. Owner kept us informed of the situation. Wasn’t much of an issue as we weren’t in the bedrooms except to sleep. Also, the bed in the same bedroom as the water had an extremely hard, uncomfortable mattress. That being said, we had a blast and will very much consider renting again.

Glad you had a great stay and would consider renting again. We got that leak fixed and found out that the hard mattress needed to be flipped over so that the pillow top was on top. So much more comfy now. Sorry about those two issues.

Great accommodations!
This is our 3rd VRBO rental at LBJ in 2 years. This was our favorite. The layout of the house and amenities made the stay fun and easy. However, the boat dock and boat lift presented issues for us. The lift didn’t really work and we eventually had to buy equipment in order to tie our boat in the dock while in the water. Not an ideal situation. Also, the boat dock is very low, so if you have a boat with a non removable tower or shade it will not fit into the lift. The boat lift situation would be the only reason we would not return here. We had our young adult children and their friends with us and they had a blast.

Apologize for the less than ideal boat lift situation. We have figured out the issue and have replaced our 0.75HP motor with a new stronger 1HP motor. So boat lift is now in good working order. We use a dock service company to check on the lift and we are committed to having it inspected and serviced on a regular basis. We had it serviced not long before your stay but they didn't catch the weak motor. We have since switched service companies. Not much we can do about the limited roof height of the lift. It is low and boaters will need to lower their tower or shade to use it. Thanks for your feedback.

Awesome Labor Day Weekend!!!
My wife and I rented this beautiful lake house for Labor Day weekend. We brought our close friends and their children along and it was an amazing trip!!! The house has everything you would want and need for the lake life experience!!! It has been beautifully remodeled and was very clean and functional. The Kingsland area can be hit or miss but this house is in a great little neighborhood and the house backs to one of the best locations on the lake. Huge yard with beautiful pool and back porch to enjoy sunrises/sunsets and incredible lake views. The house is perfect for big families or multiple families where everyone can have their own wing of the house to enjoy. The owners were very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. We would definitely rent this property again and it was a five star experience for sure...
