"This Kingsland lake house is the ultimate 5-star family getaway, complete with breathtaking lake views, a pristine pool, and beautiful modern sea-themed decor.Why We Loved It!!! Attentive Host: Karen constantly checked in to ensure our family was perfectly taken care of.Endless Fun: Non-stop entertainment with kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, volleyball, pickleball, golf, and indoor games (ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, and board games).Spotless House: The kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and linens were completely immaculate.Thank you, Karen! "House was perfect for our 6 adults and 5 pre-teens. Oldest child enjoyed fishing from the dock. Younger ones enjoyed the kayaks and water float pad. Plenty of space and chairs to enjoy the water front. Kitchen was well equipped for our family of 11. Some lids were missing from some pots (or I did not find) but I improvised with aluminum foil. Several crock pots available too. Only wished I had packed my griddle. Minimal spices, so bring any spices your recipes might required. There is a small HEB in town which was a plus. Very easy checkout instructions for this VRBO with minimal required in my opinion.Host promptly responded to any questions I had prior to our trip."

"We had 2 families on our trip and had plenty of space to relax. The pool was wonderful, we spent most of each day swimming. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the river as we were there after heavy rains but it was still beautiful to sit on the deck and watch the river flow in the evenings. We loved the home and location, we would definitely book again!"

"This was a fantastic house in all the ways. We paid more than I wanted to since it was July 4th. We actually had booked another house that was on the same street as the house my sister and her family booked. Unfortunately that owner gave us a BS reason for cancelling is (he didn’t “mean to” rent it out). We were obviously very disappointed in that owner. However, we loved this house so much that it more than made up for it and we have no regrets! Plus we had a very memorable July 4th fireworks display on the beach. It was pla perfect way to end our trip."
