“This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!”

“The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.”

“What a lovely home! My parents, sister, and my kids all got to unite at this lovely property. We made tacos, strolled, in the bluebells, played games (including a shuffleboard tournament) and were able to truly enjoy our time together. The property manager was prompt in communications. We felt welcomed and cared for — and would live to return!”

The house also has two great decks with excellent views and equipped with plenty of entertainment options (hot tub/pool table). If you're looking for a clean, roomy house with great views, this is it!”

“This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area.”

“Everything was beyond expectations. The photos do not do this place justice. There was more than enough room for my group of 12 people. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Everything was properly labeled described and laid out so we weren’t trying to figure out what’s what in such an updated home and the communication with the management team was phenomenal.”

They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. We paid to heat the pool and it was worth it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend Junction Prime for a special dinner. The food was surprisingly good! Great……

“This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. There is a sand island just across from the house, accessable by kayak. There are several kayaks to use, and a couple of life vests, but no……

“We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3.
