“We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place”

“I loved the property! It seemed to be centered on the island. It was very easy to get to everything. Place was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and communication was GREAT! Thank you guys! If i make it back to that area, I'll reach out to stay again!”

“We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. The bedrooms were on the second floor on opposite ends of the floor for extra privacy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. 3) All the turtles we saw on the……

“Very nice condo. Close to the beach. The pool is not heated but the weather was a little cool in April for a swim. We were seniors and the stairs are a little steep with two different step down that can be tricky. Just take your time and be careful. The back deck is wonderful. We really enjoyed it.”

“We decided to have a sister’s weekend and attend the Shrimp Festival. We had an amazing time. The view from the rooms to the ocean was amazing. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and at dark sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plan to come back every year!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.”

“My sister & I stayed here while visiting our parents, who are in an Assisted Living facility. The house is clean, spacious, and easily accessible for our parents, who use walkers. Loved the kitchen, which was quite well equipped, and large enough for 2 people to work in. We loved the upstairs porch!! Easy and interesting walk into town.”

“This is such a great hidden gem on Amelia Island. It is super close to the beach, a short drive to the main thoroughfare in Fernandina Beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had all the amenities you could possibly need (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys) for a great beach day and was a relaxing place to return to each evening. My dad is already talking about making this our annual place to stay for our family beach vacations. 10/10 fantastic experience.”

“Nice condo in a quiet complex with pool and playground. Pet friendly:) We enjoyed our long-weekend trip to FB. Condo had well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms have closets. Master bedroom downstairs has only a small wardrobe and two luggage racks. I would suggest a dresser to put tv on, instead of the table there.”

“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”
