The room was so hot didn't have no ac at all. Laundry was broken down didn't work. The staff really never cared about anything. They are so slow sometimes they never bring me my towels. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else

I booked a room at Americourt Extended Stays because the photos looked decent, the price was affordable, and I just needed a place to stay overnight while traveling solo. The front desk employee was kind and welcoming. The lobby felt like an older motel undergoing renovations, but several oddly worded signs throughout the property immediately raised concerns. When I reached the building where my room was located, it was clear many residents were living there long-term. There were clothes hanging from balconies, groups smoking outside, and broken-down vehicles around the property. While that alone is not a problem, it did not match the impression given by the online photos. The room itself was in very poor condition. The carpet was heavily stained, the walls showed discoloration, and the bedding contained stains and hair. Despite being designated non-smoking, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a musty odor that made me wonder if mold was present. Overall, it felt unclean and neglected. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there and was concerned about cleanliness issues such as bed bugs. I immediately booked a room elsewhere, fully expecting not to receive a refund. The only reason I’m giving this place one star instead of zero is because the front desk employee was courteous and professional. As I was leaving, a police car was pulling into the property, which did little to improve my impression. The photos online do not accurately represent this place

Got a bad vibe when I passed 2 police cars leaving the motel. Had to pay a $50. damage fee (refunded) or police call to motel. Room fairly clean but outdated, exposed plumbing pipe, curtain did not cover entire window. (10"gap). Stay here at you own risk!!!

Roach hotel construction dump!

The hotel was under construction, and was more like a homeless camp than a hotel. The front desk girl gave me two keys to check which room I wanted. The room was not fit for living and the second on had roaches. I decided not to stay and will be looking to retrieve my money.
