“We were the 2nd family to stay at Ron’s. The home was well stocked with everything we needed even extra toiletries/hygiene supplies. It was supplied with all the cleaning supplies we needed. Extra towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. When we got there Ron was ready to hand us the keys (so it’s not contactless), he gave us a quick tour of the home to show us how to use the deep shower/bath, the washing machine, dishwasher, etc. the tv has a great sound system with surround sound, we had to……

“Place was great, docked 1 star because I feels silly that I paid a cleaning fee but I had to take out my own trash in the basement (we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator)”

“We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. Neat, quirky home built in the 1920’s with a view of the mountains from the kitchen on a clear day. Was a great location for getting around and within walking distance to the neat restaurants on Fremont street as well as the zoo and rose garden. Lots of street parking. Know they are working on an outdoor area which would be great for the days that the sun pokes through. Overall great place……

The garden patio was huge and private. French doors opened onto it, making the whole place feel spacious and bright. We will be back!”

“I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.”
