This Unit is approx. 780 sq. feet and is expressly leased only as a residence Unit for 2-3 persons. There is a per diem extra person charge in the event that you exceed the occupancy requirement. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. No Loud music after 9:00, pm. For safety and well being, an outside motion-activated Blink security system covers the patio area, the slider doors at the main entrance.
