「No counter in bathroom to put out toiletries. Used roll s (2) of toilet paper were shoved between wall and sink. Door to bathroom warped and did not shut properly. Vending machine completely empty. Dining area for "hot and cold breakfast" was a table in the lobby and were expected to eat next to the registration desk. I guess a packet of instant oatmeal qualifies as the hot part of the breakfast. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it.」

「Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were kept clean daily. Very informative and ready with information on nearby restaurants.」

「First of all, this hotel is almost brand new. That being said, birth, my shower and sink faucets failed to work properly. I was unable to set them to a consistent warm temperature. The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. 「This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting 」

「The staff 」

「very good 」

「The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The property was super cute and well maintained.」

「Parking」

「The hotel itself was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated however, the staff was not the nicest, but I’m thinking it’s more of an East Coast type of vibe. Other than that, it was located perfectly in the middle of the city to be able to walk to lots of great restaurants.」

「It's a really good night that I stayed in this Hotel. Good front desk, clean indoor environment and even those handrail installed in the bathroom for senior people. Nice and friendly.」

「酒店不管是服务还是环境，都称得上希尔顿旗下品牌，给我留下美好的印象。」
