This is the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is about 15 mins from Taupo, in a quiet, peaceful rural setting, with lake access nearby for a quiet dip away from the chaos. The accommodation itself is beautifully presented, immaculately clean and the bed is comfortable. We will definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Me and my partner loved this place, very clean and tidy and close to town. The bed was extremely comfortable, house was warm. Only problem was that the toaster was very Smokey and that I didn’t have another side table on the other side of the bed, I also would have been good to have a dish rack as there isn’t a lot of bench space for when cleaning the dishes. But other than that we loved our stay.

Host was super accommodating and lovely to talk to, the kitchen was well set up and location was perfect. I did notice that the cream coloured blinds were a little dirty but that is really such a minor thing. I really enjoyed our stay!

We were not given the gate code, but that was sorted quickly. Location was fine. Enjoyed the trip's into Taupo and Acacia Bay. A coffee table would be handy. We made do with our "Chilly Bin". Nice to see Mount Ruapehu out the kitchen window. Nice tidy unit.
