「The cabin was exactly what we needed to escape the busy world. Off way-back roads with just what you need to "glamp"! The sights were beautiful. The swimming hole along the back of the property was perfect for our kiddos and the river was only a 25 minute drive away. We would absolutely stay again.」

「Comfortable and quiet is what we were looking for and the home met our expectations. Five of us stayed for a week and we had a great time. The house is well stocked which made cooking from home easy. Susan and Philip were great hosts and quick to respond to questions. We’ll be back if they’ll have us!」

「I get my grown kids together once a year and the Riv is their choice! There's so much to do - swimming, playing (pickle ball was the thing this year), evenings relaxing on the patio, eating s'mores, and mornings having breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise. This is our 3rd visit and we're already looking forward to next year!」

「It’s a really beautiful place! We loved our time there and will most definitely come back. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. Deep, so just plan for that if you have little kids. All of our crew LOVED it!! We got to relax so much and enjoy the clean beautiful water without any crowds.」

「We had the best time during our family getaway. We loved the drive getting to the cabin. Our host made it easy to explore the ranch with directions and using the onX app. Our favorite parts of the stay were fishing, beautiful sunsets, hiking, driving the trails, and the mini farm. Our family loved being surrounded by nature and a peaceful escape. 」
