Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, good choice of food. My room had a sitting area which was a plus. Also, room to sit in downstairs. Good position on edge of town, near to loch walk.

Lovely setting. Garden is beautiful. Welcoming and helpful owners. We wanted to drop our bags off early so we could go walking. That was not a problem.

Home-from-home.

What's not to love? Well-appointed spacious rooms, good location for Kinross, a choice of breakfasts and a family welcome (including some homemade treats). We travel between the Midlands and Caithness frequently and have already recommended Burnbank to family.

Comfy bed, good breakfast, clean shower. Only down side was the taps on the wash basin were difficult to turn on and off.

Pleasant overnight stay.

Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Lovely home made shortbread biscuits! Breakfast delicious. Nearby pub for evening meal within walking distance.

Lovely homely B and B next to beautiful loch.

Ann and Trevor are the loveliest of hosts and very accommodating with my dog fears. We had a lovely night here which was very relaxing and woke to a delicious healthy breakfast! All in all great kind hosts!

Lovely huge room, shame we weren't there longer

Easy to find and good amount of parking with virtually their own private bit of road. Owner was welcoming and gave plenty of information on room amenities and offered use of a cot. Room was huge with a big bed, additional sofa, nice views, fluffy towels, good range of hot drinks and home made shortbread. There was also a large collection of DVDs and a swingset in the garden available for use if desired. There was a good choice at breakfast and everything was made with good quality ingredients (I presume eggs were from the hens outside), though having all guests round one dining table was slightly awkward for conversation. Overall this was a lovely place to stay, would highly recommend it and definitely stay again.

Lovely breakfast

This is a nice place to stay and use as a base to visit Stirling, Loch Leven, St Andrews and Carnoustie. Trevor and his chickens combine to produce great eggs at breakfast.

excellent B&B

We stayed for a single night in the red room which was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast nook overlooks a wonderful garden. The breakfast menu was the most varied we had for 8 days! Trevor was very helpful with recommendations for dinner and local sites. We completely enjoyed our stay.
