「We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area. 「The room was good except too warm and we couldn't turn dowm the heat for sleeping The steak sandwich was not good. Tuff and didn come the way I asked it to be cooked. I asked for medium well and came rare . Sent it back twice and was still not cooked right. 」

「The Holiday Inn & Suites is always my go-to place to stay when visiting Saskatoon. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff are consistently friendly and kind, which really adds to the overall experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful person working in the lounge and restaurant, they truly made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommend!」

「The facility and staff were good. A hook in the bathroom would have been helpful. Unfortunately, no warm water in our bathroom sink. The noise from the bar patrons and music speakers was unbearable. No peace and quiet until 2:50 AM. The continental breakfast was disappointing. A scavenger hunt to find a coffee mug. The front desk was helpful when there was no more coffee. 」

「The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. It seem she spoke to me that way cause I was...

「We had a great stay at the Bessborough. Our pups were welcomed and the front staff were very friendly. Looking forward to our next stay after all of the renovations are finished!」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
