「Fantastic location and great spot. Lintang was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re doing the hike or Jeep ride up Mt Batur. The property has multiple styles of rooms to suit different types of travellers. We stayed in a glamping “potato” it was pretty good, price was solid, bed was comfy, though it does get damp at night (be prepared for that). The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of flies (bugs). Which I’m told is just the area....

「Great spot, heated pool, mini campfires in the evening. Do pack warm clothes, as it is cold in the morning and at night. The hotel has shuttle buggy to take you up and down the ridge to the cafes with views of Batur & the lake. Staff really lovely and helpful.」

「1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy -...

「It was very dirty. Mould everywhere, weird smell. Dirty and broken toilet. We stayed there for 4 days nobody cleaned the room. When we reached there and complained about the condition of room owner was so rude and almost threatened us. Only good thing was the view from hotel. But its very loud there constant noise of trucks. Food options were very few and kitchen was dirty. 」

「The facilities were very poor. Not much transparency through the portal. Cleanliness was poor. The lock handle was coming out making the main door not being able to be locked. Hence, we couldn't go out. I request a refund compensation. 」
