Stedet virkede forladt. Vi blev placeret mellem to lejligheder beboet af fastliggere. De var søde og rare, men det virkede ejendommeligt at feriere mellem havenisser, tørrestativer og hjemmevante kæledyr. Vi havde af den sure betjening fået udleveret en prisliste over alle aktiviteterne på stedet. Den var ikke uanselig, så vi valgte at bruge tiden i den nærliggende by. Ved afrejse lod vi et ord falde om, at det havde været rart med noget at lave for børnene, hvorpå vi fik at vide, at alle aktiviteter var gratis for overnattende gæster. Det havde været rart at få at vide ved ankomst. Vi tolkede det som ligegyldighed hos personalet. Stedets "menukort" på hverdage beløber sig til 2(!) "retter", som vi havde mistanke om ville tage den direkte tur fra fryser til mikroovn til bord. Spis et andet sted. Det virkede som et sted, der var startet med de bedste intentioner, men var vokset dem over hovedet og snart kandiderer til at medvirke i "Med kniven for struben". Vi kommer ikke tilbage.

Ein Ort zum Abschalten
Zum Abschalten und entspannen genau das Richtige. Leider war kein Reiten möglich, obwohl dies auf der Internetseite angepriesen wurde. Das liegt allerdings an einer Erkrankung und ist nachvollziehbar.
Das Schwimmbad ist toll gemacht und völlig ausreichend für ein paar Schwimmrunden. Personal ist freundlich.

Hotel befindet sich in der Erweiterung, was uns nicht bewusst war bzw. nicht beschrieben wurde. Wir wollten in diesem Wellnessurlaub Lärm bewusst entgehen und uns entspannen. Jedoch wurden wir vom Baulärm morgens um 7 Uhr bereits geweckt. Das Fenster konnten wir teilweise nicht öffnen, weil ein unangenehmer Brandgeruch vom Schleifen der Bauarbeiten in das Zimmer zog. Das Zimmer jedoch hatte eine merkwürdige Temperatur, sodass wir fast nur geschwitzt haben. Obwohl es keine sommerlichen heißen Außentemperaturen gab. Handtücher wurden nur gegen eine Gebühr gewechselt und Toilettenpapier gab es für mehrere Tage nur eine Rolle. Das Personal war etwas überfordert, da 1 Person für mehrere Dinge/Bereiche zuständig war. Beim Abendessen wurden wir vom Koch bedient, der sich nur wenige Male blicken ließ. Bei anderen Besuchern/Urlaubern ist uns aufgefallen, dass sie lange Wartezeiten auf sich nehmen mussten. Wodurch man sich sogar etwas ignoriert gefühlt hat. Es hat fast eine halbe Stunde gedauert bis endlich die Speisekarte auf den Tisch gelegt wurde.
