wir kommen wieder

Der Aufenthalt in unserem Häuschen in Kirchheim war toll! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation im Voraus mit dem Eigentümer sowie der zuständigen Person für die Verwaltungsangelegenheiten bis hin zur Ankunft und letztendlich die Zeit im Haus. Wir konnten dank der Sauna perfekt entspannen und hatten ordentlich Platz für alle 7 Personen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Haus hatte alles was man so fürs Kochen bzw. für den Zeitvertreib gebrauchen könnte (diverse Kochutensilien, Zeitschriften, TV-Gerät und Brettspiele). Des Weiteren ist die Lage des Hauses ebenso ein Traum - umgeben von schöner Natur und eines Sees. Ich kann's nur jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Schönes Haus, in bester Lage!

Alles hat Bestens funktioniert. Nette Verwalterin, mit Semmelservice und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna haben wir immer zu zweit besucht. Viel größer ist diese leider nicht. Aber alle waren zufrieden.

Perfekt für Familientreffen

Überraschung zum 70. Geburtstag. 2 Kinder 5 Erwachsene plus Hund. Gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sowas von top ausgestattet. Der Service der Hausverwalterin spitze.sie war sofort zur Stelle als die spühlmaschine Probleme machte und auch so zuverlässig und freundlich. Wenn man von einem kleinen Kritikpunkt sprechen kann....die Sauna ist für 7 er Belegung des Hauses zu klein. Selbst zu 2 fast zu eng ...da durch die sehr niedrigen Außentemperaturen die untere Fläche nicht zu nutzen war da es da zu kalt wurde. Aber wirklich nur ein"luxus" Problem

Schön war's

Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Haus tipptopp sauber war und insgesamt sehr gepflegt ist. Wir konnten auch den brandneuen Whirlpool testen. Frau Iljaz war ausgesprochen hilfreich und hat uns eine flexible Anreise ermöglicht, danke dafür! Wir waren mit der Ausstattung und Bequemlichkeit sehr zufrieden. Am Haus gibt es zwei kleine Kritikpunkte, die aber absolut nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Toll wären in Zukunft Fliegengitter und eine nicht zerkratzte beschichtete Pfanne. Das war's auch schon. Hier noch ein paar Infos die KEINE Kritik am Haus darstellen: Das Grundstück liegt direkt am Wald und ist NICHT eingezäunt. Unser Hund geht glücklicherweise nicht stromern, aber für andere Reisende mit Hund wäre es nicht ideal. Man kann sehr schön hier spazieren gehen. Der Ibrasee war für uns leider eine Enttäuschung. Es gibt nur eine kleine Badebucht mit sehr seichtem Wasser. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, aber für Erwachsene nicht toll, Hunde waren leider verboten.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren super zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen Die Hausverwalterin Fr Iljaz ist super bemüht und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt am Waldrand gelegen, man hat einen tollen Ausblick und in einer Seitengasse gelegen auch wunderbar seine Ruhe. Würden jederzeit dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen.

Gutes Haus mit ein paar Schwächen

Gebühren für die Nutzung des W-Lan finde ich nicht zeitgemäß. Sonnenschirm war nicht nutzbar und die Stühle im Innenraum waren nicht die, die auf den Inseratfotos abgebildet waren. Statt Polster gab es nur Schalenstühle.

Gelungene Auszeit

Die Lage auf der Anhöhe ist sehr schön . Das Haus liegt direkt am Waldrand und sowohl die Beschreibung der Ausstattung als auch die Bilder stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Im Gartenhaus ist eine zweite Kühl-Gefrierkombination vorhanden. Einige Austattungsgegenstände, sowie z.B. die Gartenbestuhlung und die Tischtennisplatte sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und vielleicht reperatur- bzw. erneuerungsbedürftig. Ansonsten war alles ok.
