The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation.”

Easy access although would be much easier to unload from the car park? (A gate on the veranda would make a big difference). The property wasnt easily found in the dark - maybe improve directions?”
