"The pull out couch was filthy. It had a fitted sheet that was covered in stains. Not stains that stay after a wash. Stains from not being cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels for our room. We booked for 5 people with 2 towels in the room. When asked for more i was only given 1. "

"To start off checking in I did not feel welcomed or informed at all. I had to find out what time breakfast was, where the gym is, which direction our room was. Carpets had an odor to them throughout the hotel. Refrigerator in room was dirty, “clean” towels smelled like mildew and used. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, half cooked, cold. Hallways smelled like backed up bathroom pipes. I am very unsatisfied and extremely unhappy with how high the stars are at this facility and would absolutely never stay here again! "

"Everything was great. Gave four stars because it was very noisy in the surrounding rooms. There was a convention nearby, but the partying meant it was difficult to sleep."

"Pool atea clean rooms clean. Needed extra towels they brought them up to us asap. Receptionist was nice offering ways to get discounts. Could have more stuff for breakfast but it what they had wasnt bad."

"My stay was satisfactory, had a bit of a wait when checking in; however, Laureen apologized and checked us in a quick and effective manner. Room was nice had to request extra hangers and towels and they came very quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will be back if ever in that part of PA. "
