"Terrific one bedroom unit. We booked a Seaview and we could see the sea but would request a higher room next time. Lovely amenities included like coffee machine and pods, lovely bathroom products. Location was brilliant. Close to supermarket, restaurants, beach and movies. Wonderful pool area with a terrific spa. Will stay there again for sure. "

"Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout."

"The two bedroom unit was well equiped overall and very clean. Staff were very obliging and took on board all requests from visitors. Use of the swimming pool was limited as the wind was often cold as well as the water. It would be lovely as it could spmehow be a covered area??"

"After hours check in was not good. Didn’t utilise the after hours box outside. Waited 30 minutes for someone. Great apartment though."

"Sadly disappointing and not worth the price. Charged 4.5 stars fee for a very dated apartment and lack of wifi access - with appliances that don’t work. Broken freezer and the solution was a plug in freezer that had been used for fish storage (so stinky that we couldn’t open the doors to the refrigerator or freezer) - a washer that faulted and couldn’t complete the spin cycle. Vent covers that were open with dirt falling from the ceiling - a gym that was outdated and sad …. And, we were told we could not use the air-conditioning unit below 23. (This was not disclosed to us on booking). No guest wifi in common areas - and no wifi in unit while the laundry is running. Location is great, but I would not recommend for the price. "

"We found the location ideal it was actually our second choice originally were going to stay at burleigh heads. Oh boy we were very glad we picked Kirra. And XKirra to stay was perfect for us."
