What a cute family owned hotel. Very safe and clean. Area is quiet with some lovely mountain top restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend for families of 5.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful sea view and a modern, stylish interior. Everything felt new and well maintained. The staff were very nice and friendly, always making us feel welcome. We had both breakfast and dinner at the property, the food was tasty, with plenty of variety for everyone. The main Falasarna Beach is only about a 3 minute walk away, and there’s also a smaller “baby beach” at the same distance, which is perfect for children and small kids. A wonderful stay overall — highly recommended!

C'est la 3ème fois que nous séjournons ici et au fil des années nous apprécions la rénovation des studios et la literie très confortable. Dommage que le propriétaire soit aussi taiseux !

Wir sind Mitte Juni angereist. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Fußläufig ist der Babybeach gut zu erreichen und deswegen für Familien mit Kleinkindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon hotel avec une vue mer

Hotel très bien situé sur une partie de l'ile crétoise à faire absolument. La plage de Falasarna est vraiment très plaisante. Le seul petit point négatif est la présence d'une ligne de courant devant le front de mer (qui gâche un peu les photos du coucher de soleil)

We were disappointed in the beach and surrounding facilities. It is an extremely large area so other parts of the beach may be different. There was only one beach bar at night that only served frozen pizza, so unless you did a big drive it was very limited. We didn’t want to drive up the steep roads again. The hotel is very clean but basic. It’s lovely to hear the sea at night with the doors open!

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement confortable, situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Petite kitchenette dans l'appartement, ce qui est très appréciable (casseroles, plaques de cuisson et vaisselle disponibles). Cependant la literie est assez mauvaise, les lits sont vraiment très durs, mon dos s'en souvient encore. Aussi, il est important de prendre en compte que la ville la plus proche, Kissamos, se trouve à 20 minutes de voiture. Donc si vous souhaitez faire des courses ou aller au restaurant, il y aura de la route à faire.

Non abbiamo ricevuto l’appartamento prenotato. Zona giorno (con mini letto per ns figlio di 17 anni) buia, senza finestra e non condizionata. Chiederemo un refund a Expedia. Proprietari comunque gentili e dispiaciuti per l’errore di assegnazione dell’appartamento da parte di Expedia.

Pulizia molto scarsa, location meritevole e. . . .

Location fantastica con vista tramonti super. . Vicinissima al mare, questa struttura offre una colazione NON continentale (come indica), loro servono a tutti un buon succo di arancia fresco, pane con marmellata in confezione monodose come anche il burro. Un dolce al semolino di dubbio sapore e caffè indecente. Loro devo dire che sono molto cordiali e servono anche al ristorante (abbastanza buono). Le stanze sono molto spaziose e luminose, però la pulizia lascia parecchio a desiderare. Mosche ovunque , cosa che credo dipenda dalla zona. Peccato, il posto merita ma l organizzazione è lasciva. Si può fare molto di più, visto i loro prezzi. Non ci tornerei
