「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Very clean. I got the one with one bedroom, kitchen and living room area, and it was spacious enough for 6 of us. King size bed with hot tub and 2 full size sofa beds. The area has a beautiful view to wall around and take pictures. The pool was ok」

「Family stayed her for a tournament at ESPN. It was spacious and had all of the comforts of home. Very clean and very close access to the large pool area. The kids loved the slides and water park attached to the pool area as well. Also appreciated poolside market with food and drinks and any amenities you may have forgotten. Host was very responsive and check in was a breeze!」

「We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The place was very clean. The condo had all the basic necessities like soap, dish, bath soap, dishwashing soap, trash bags, and coffee. The neighborhood was quite as well. it was nice. and the unit was not far from downtown Orlando close to Disney World and not too far from Universal Studios.」

「Overall we had an amazing stay. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped and the amenities were great. The kids had a blast with the pool, slides and arcade. But the hosts really made this experience our best so far. Excellent communication before and throughout our stay plus provided all the info we needed so there's no issues or hiccups. 「Condo was very nice! Enjoyed the convenience of the location, along with the feeling of being in a secure development with gated access. Was a perfect spot for our family to attend a convention at the nearby Gaylord Palms Convention Center (maybe a 10 minute drive). Only hiccup was the lock wouldn’t work when leaving our 2nd morning there. We couldn’t figure out the lockbox for the backup key, so my wife and other kids stayed behind for the 2nd day of convention. Called the property manager...

「The property was about 20 mins from magic kingdom. It was very clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and playground. The only problem we ran into was that our card would not let us into the pool but before I could contact anyone an owner used his card to let us in. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as pictured. Will definitely stay again. 」

「This apartment was close enough to all attractions and had everything we needed during our stay. We do wish the pool and weight room were open longer hours but still enjoyed them one evening when we didn't have a theme park to go to. Would stay here again.」

「This was the perfect stay for our family of 5. Check in was so easy. We spent all of our time at the parks but we did feel so good to come "home" to this vrbo at night. Loved washer and dryer to wash and dry clothing at night (we pack light!). Walmart is close. We planned to spend one evening at the pool but there was lightening so we missed out on the slides and spray park which looked amazing. We had a little time at the pool (not slides) the morning we left and it was great. Really nice...

"The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual."
