** The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

** You are welcome to bring up to two pets. A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be applied after the reservation is confirmed.

** In order to have the jacuzzi warmed and prepared for your stay, we require a $20 nightly fee (must be for the entire stay). You may request this after the reservation is confirmed.

** The Tropical Oasis is on a spacious 2.5-acre property. There are four other accommodations on the premises where you might encounter other guests. Please review the photos that show the entrance to the home for clarification. The only shared amenities include a playground, dog park, and outdoor firepits.

** Our home offers a touch of nature where guests might occasionally spot local wildlife, though nothing too wild or alarming. Enjoy the serene surroundings and the gentle company of nature`s creatures!
