"We recently stayed at the Galleria Palms Hotel for four nights and would rate it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates and general refreshing. The amenities are fairly basic, and while the beds weren’t particularly comfortable, they were adequate for getting a good night’s rest after long days spent at the parks. One thing we really appreciated was the tile flooring in the rooms. It made the space feel cleaner and more hygienic compared to carpeted hotel rooms. Breakfast was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of food quality and variety. Our biggest disappointment was arriving to find that the pool was closed for maintenance. As someone who has worked in the travel industry, I know that it’s common courtesy to notify guests in advance of any maintenance or remodeling that may impact their stay. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated, especially since our daughter was looking forward to swimming after our park visits. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay for the price, but a few updates and better communication regarding amenities would greatly improve the guest experience. This version comes across as constructive and credible—pointing out both the positives and the areas that could be improved."
